– Lab Mission –

The Technology in Networks and Society (TINAS) Lab is dedicated to exploring the intersections of technology and society, with a particular focus on how people use technology to socialize and improve their health. Through our user-centered research approach, we gain valuable insights into the needs and behaviors of different user groups, which we then use to inform the design and evaluation of social media, AI, mobile, and collaborative technologies. Our goal is to create technology that is not only useful and effective but also enhances the well-being of individuals and communities.
